I’m Anne Taylor Hartzell. For 20+ years, I’ve helped CEOs, founders, and leaders at companies like Microsoft and SAP communicate through high-stakes moments. I’ve also built audiences of my own, first as HipTravelMama on TV and with brand partners, and now as the author and podcast host of All Who Wander.

It all started with a podcast.

After dropping my first daughter off at college I had an aha moment - the life and business I built around my family life was shifting and I felt lost. So I bought a microphone, taught myself to host and produce a podcast, and reached out to people I admired who had navigated big changes of their own. I asked them how they did it: how they built, pivoted, let go, and started again.

Across dozens of in-depth interviews, I looked for what the people who took a leap had in common.
